      The Mount Lavinia House accommodates a maximum of 8 to10 guests. The bedrooms are large, light and airy and can be ventilated naturally or cooled using state of the art A/C. The en suite bathrooms all have high quality ‘European standard’ toilets, baths or showers and bidets.
The garden also features an unusual Lagoon Pool that begins inside the house, at the foot of our beautiful and most unusual staircase, ending-up in the middle of the garden. The pool is suitable for daytime and night-time swimming. You can choose to relax in our private garden or on Mount Lavinia beach, with its rustic beach huts, cabanas and restaurants. But if you want a real treat, make your way up to our Top-Deck, with its panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Up top, we provide squashy seats, recliners, steamer chairs and day beds for your total relaxation.
